I am friends with
Liliane Stransky’s daughter
Daniela who showed me
photos from their trip
to Haiti. I saw all the
good work they were
doing and wanted to be
involved. I am now their
first “Junior Ambassador”
from Venezuela and I am
already recruiting other
young riders to join up as
well.

Do you have a
favorite horse?
EA:
I ride Casanova Junior
and Lucky in the Low and
Medium Junior Jumpers.
Then I have my mare
Costa and Wilma who I
compete in the High Junior
Jumpers. Costa, who was
Pablo Barrio’s jumper, is
my favorite. I knew when
we found her that we would
be a good match; but I
never expected it to be as
successful as it is. Costa
has helped me grow as a
rider and she has definitely
made me more confident in
the saddle.
