applicants for the position of Equestrian Program
Director. This is a great opportunity to work with
a young and fast growing program and take it to
the next level. Housing is available on farm. The
Equestrian Program Director is responsible for
building relationships with the students and re-
cruits, the equestrian industry, the university and
administration in order to develop and plan activ-
ities and initiatives which improve the equestrian
program. A detailed job description is attached.
Qualifcations:
• Bachelors degree required
• 5 to 7 years collegiate program experience
• Signifcant contacts in hunter/jumper industry
• Excellent teaching and coaching skills
• Ability to manage budget and fundraising
• In-depth knowledge of stable management
• Possess ability to work well with and manage
stable staff and students.
