he second annual ‘Strut! Fashion for a Just World’ fashion
show to beneft JustWorld International was held Saturday
night, March 3, at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival show
grounds in Wellington, FL. In a production that wowed the crowd,
‘Strut! Fashion for a Just World,’ presented by Horseware Ireland, was
once again a huge success as the biggest names in horse sport took to
the runway, showing off the latest looks in equestrian lifestyle fashion.
Male models included Kevin Babington, Nick Dello Joio, Andres
Rodriguez and Andrew Bourns. Showcasing the women’s fashion,
including Horseware Ireland’s new Pessoa line, were Caitlin Ziegler,
Blythe Marano, Tatiana Dzavik, Angela Covert-Lawrence, Tiffany
Morrissey, Nicole Simpson, Erynn Ballard and Louise Serio.
Master of Ceremonies extraordinaire Allan Donnan few in from
Canada and encouraged the crowd to bid on two live auction items - a
polo lesson with American 8-goal player Mike Azzaro won by Alice
Lawaetz and a date with handsome Swedish grand prix rider Daniel
Zetterman claimed by Lisa Skiffngton. In the end, over $10,000
was raised to beneft JustWorld International’s project sites in Brazil,
Cambodia, Guatemala and Honduras.
In addition to featuring Horseware Ireland’s Pessoa collection, other
brands featured included Le Fash, Asmar Equestrian, Dyer Equestrian,
Grand Prix featuring Pikeur, GPA and Konigs, Ariat, Der Dau, Goode
rider, The WEF Boutique, Zest, Skiffngton LLC, Eleganté Polo of
Palm Beach and a look by Sofe Belgium Boutique, provided with the
generous support of the Ruziska family.
