Karen Reese, took her out on a horse in a baby sack when she
was just an infant. Tess had a mallet in her hand as early as
two-years-old. She wants to be in the mainstream tournaments
because she wants to be on the feld. “I like the speed!” she said.
“I want to win! You don’t win or lose the game by yourself; it’s a
team sport. You win or lose with your team.”
Asked if there will ever be a 10-goal woman professional, she
said, “It’s just a matter of time! It will be someone who doesn’t care

to make the opportunity for herself; because no one is going to
give it to her.”
