The
Middle Tennessee
Pony Club
hosted a
USPA
Polo Clinic
in June at Percy
Warner Park in Nashville,
Tennessee. Instructor
Brandon Alcott
, who
teaches clinics for the USPA
National Club Development
team, reviewed the basics of
polo and the talented group
of riders took to the sport
immediately. Brandon had
the participants working on
polo equitation, the four basic
swings and rules. After a few
drills, Brandon concluded the
day with a scrimmage. Some
of the players were even able
to carry the ball the length of
the arena at a canter!
