held its annual softball tournament at the
Blenheim
June Classic Horse Show
in
San Juan Capistrano,
California
, in June. The action took place on the
Grand Prix
field just outside the
Medal Club
, where tournament guests
enjoyed local BBQ from
Bad to the Bone
while they cheered
on the Red and Blue Teams. Heading up the winning Blue
Team was jump crew foreman
Alex Castillo.
Alex had a last
minute line-up change that included former Blue Team captain
“
Speedy” Arturo Diaz.
They played hard along side several
riders as well as gate guru and veteran champ,
Joe Russo
,
who displayed the 2014 championship trophy Sunday morning
at the in-gate at the Grand Prix ring. Spectators cheered on
the teams, and visitors to the EquiFit tent were able to charge
their imaginations as well as their phones while they designed
their own D-Teq™ Custom horse boots.
