Nashville, Tennessee, where he’s studying economics. While school
and riding consume most of his schedule, he likes playing golf and
tennis, skiing and hanging out with his friends on the show circuit
and from college in the very little spare time that he has. “We like to
play golf at any opportunity,” he laughed.
Golf, skiing, playing video games and hanging out with his friends
are on Lucas’ list of fun things to do. “I play a lot of golf, sometimes
on Mondays and Tuesdays, and I really like the FIFA [international
soccer association] video game,” he said.
He has attended Stanford University High School online for one
year and is going into his junior year this fall. Before that he attended
a high school in Texas, but when his competition schedule became
busy, he and his parents decided that the online school was a good
¿W +H SODQV WR JR WR FROOHJH DQG IDYRUV HQJLQHHULQJ DQG DUFKLWHFWXUH
as possible career choices.
Both siblings are considering making horses their professional
careers. But whether or not they choose an equine path, one thing is
for certain. These brothers have each other’s backs.
