Mandatory Helmet Rule Remains in Effect at PBIEC

Wellington, FL – December 3, 2012- Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) would like to reiterate that the mandatory helmet rule that took effect on April 1, 2012, will continue to be enforced this year on the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) show grounds. The rule has been implemented nationwide at all USEF licensed hunter/jumper competitions.
