With acclaimed champion hunters including Gray Slipper (pictured with owner Bridget Hallman), Dream Date, Sambalino, Popeye K and Declaration among the list of past winners of the Future Hunter division at the Capital Challenge Horse Show, the division has become a ‘star search’ for future champions of the hunter ring. This year, the Capital Challenge Horse Show, to be held October 1-9 at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, expects to accept 150 entries into the popular division.
