Riding can be frustrating in the winter weather. Poor riding conditions like frozen footing or brutally cold temperatures can make rides unpleasant and limit the amount of work that we can do with our horses. Whether or not you are lucky enough to have a barn with an indoor arena , it is important to take advantage of all of the saddle time that you can get during the winter.
