Forces of Nature “Forces of Nature,” designed by Jagdish Prabhu, is one of 32 horses around the Carolina Foothills on public display through mid-October. As part of the Art of the Horse community arts project put together by Our Carolina Foothills, this was a commissioned piece for local resident and accomplished dressage equestrian Elma Garcia. To
