WHAT: Miracle, who was left on March 23, 2012 in a severely emaciated state at a Broward Animal Care and Control facility, will be going to his forever home on Saturday, June 23, 2012. The dog, who weighed only 5 pounds at the time of his rescue by A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, is a happy, healthy 12 pounds and appears to have no long term effects from his neglect. His adopter, who has been following his story since the beginning, can’t wait to welcome this sweet boy into her family!
