Lexington, KY – August 22, 2013 – Shawn Casady won the opening class in the 2013 Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby Series, and he’s been a front runner in the series’ leading rider standings ever since. Following last weeks Bluegrass Festival Horse Show, Casady tops the standings with a total of 975 points. Lexington, KY – August 18, 2013 – A week of the nation’s best hunter derby competition came to a close today at the Bluegrass Festival Horse Show with the final hunter highlight event, the $5,000 Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby. Today’s USHJA National Hunter Derby at the Kentucky Horse Park marked the fifth event in the seven-part Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby Series, throughout which Meredith Darst has been extremely successful.

Todd Minikus Wins $30,000 ABBA Vet Supply Open Jumper Classic at I Love New York Horse Show

Lake Placid, New York—July 4, 2013—Todd Minikus of Loxahatchee, FL won the $30,000 ABBA Vet Supply Open Jumper Classic, Thursday’s featured event at the 36 th annual I Love New York Horse Show, Presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC. Minikus was one of 12 of entries of the 46 who started to reach the jump-off by riding without penalty over the 16-jump, Richard Jeffery designed course at the North Elba Showgrounds. Late in the jump-off, U.S. Olympic veteran Margie Engle of Wellington, FL, who will be seeking a record eighth Grand Prix win in Lake Placid Saturday in the $100,000 Woodlea Farms Grand Prix, blazed to the lead with a clean ride in 32.192 seconds on Indigo

Lake Placid, New York—June 13, 2013— The 2013 Lake Placid and I Love New York Horse Shows, Presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC, are right around the corner. The two-week long horse show series, which features the 44 th annual Lake Placid Horse Show, June 25-30, and the 36 th annual I Love New York Horse Show, July 2-7, attracts many of the nation’s top riders to its North Elba Showgrounds. Once again, Olympic veterans, past Lake Placid Grand Prix champions and international show jumping stars headline the shows’ entries. The two-week horse show series hosts all levels of competition ranging from young children on ponies to grand prix competitors and Olympic medalists, all competing for over $535,000 in prizes.
