Behind the Scenes with Sean O’Keefe Events

Events Planner Sean O’Keefe says, “I am a horseman and a part of an incredible community of generous and gifted people.  The EAF represents to me a gathering of like minded, good-hearted people who care for each other and those within their own personal community who are less fortunate than others.  The mandate of the organization speaks in clarity and in volumes…to care for those in the horse community suffering from catastrophic illness or injury..

“The Equestrian Aid Foundation walks the talk!”

Sean O’Keefe Events is an Atlanta based full service event planning and design business with a focus on creating and building nonprofit signature charity events.  These signature events, created to increase a nonprofit’s profile and expand their donor base within our community, have included:  The Child Development Association’s Down Home Derby; Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance’s Shaken, Not Stirred Gala, Equestrian Aid Foundation’s Tetrathlon, YES! – Atlanta’s Night of Lights and Fall Fiesta Atlanta in Support of Cooperative for Education.

It is through the generosity of our charity partners that we have been able to be a part of a movement that has seen over $1,000,000 raised for charity in the Southeastern United States since May 2010.

Volunteers Needed

The Equestrian Aid Foundation is looking for amazing volunteers for the weekend of the Tetrathlon to assist in the build out and execution of the event.  Sean O’Keefe Events will need about 40 people in dedicated positions at the Tetrathlon so that we can all have a great time.  There will be people needed to help in every aspect of the event and anyone is welcome to volunteer.  Come and help the EAF and be a part of what will be the most exciting fundraising event in 2012.

If you are interested or have questions about volunteering please email caryn@seanokeefeevents.  It is a great way to be apart of the event, help out a great cause and see the show!
