Equestrianista Launching Mobile Boutique

Roscoe, IL – July 2015

Equestrianista Mobile Boutique BEquestrianista Collection, a horse-inspired clothing line that many have come to love for its original equestrian designs and subtle elegance, just got better – Equestrianista is rolling its stylish goodies to a location near you.

Equestrianista Collection’s online retail store was established in 2012 and has since grown exponentially – offering beautiful accessories, including jewelry and a newly added organic bath & body line. Owner Julie Frykman studied fashion merchandising in college and worked in the fashion district of New York City before moving back to her native Chicago area to start a family. That’s when the idea of combining her two passions took shape. “I fell madly in love, obsessed really, with a sassy redhead, an Off-the-Track-Thoroughbred – thus he became my muse,” she explains. Voila, Equestrianista’s first piece was born, the perfect dressage t-shirt. “It was original, comfortable and chic.” she says, and it set the tone for the line of apparel and accessories to follow.

“What started as an online store rapidly grew as I began to take my pieces to a few local horse shows. After our first summer of horse shows and attending the Rolex KY Three-Day Event this year, it quickly became apparent we needed a mobile unit as soon as possible. I didn’t want the typical mobile unit – I had a vision and didn’t want to compromise.”

Typical it is not. From the charming gold exterior, gorgeous cherry wood-like floors, to the warmly lit wood shelving, the style and intimacy make it a comfortable shopping experience. Don’t expect to find your next saddle or bottle of fly spray at this mobile unit. Equestrianista Collection prides itself on its truly original offering. Its signature line is a registered trademark, making it a truly incomparable purchase and many pieces are decorated right in Frykman’s studio.

With the new Equestrianista Mobile Boutique, Julie seeks to combine her artistic eye and love of the equestrian lifestyle to create a fun and novel shopping experience for customers in the region attending horse shows, clinics and barn parties.

Equestrianista Mobile Boutique A“The Equestrianista mobile shop is where my friends and customers – stylish, busy women – can have fun finding that hand-crafted statement piece that tells their story, a piece they can’t find anywhere else,” says Julie, “A boutique that is intimate and convenient, while still being stylish and inspiring.”
