For the 2014 season, the Gallery has relocated and expanded to accommodate the additional participating artists and interested customers. Now located at 13889 Wellington Trace in the Wellington Marketplace Shopping Center (next to the old Tackeria and next to Wellington Florist), on the corner of Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores, the Gallery will be even closer to the show grounds and even easier to find.

Alex Van Dell, in partnership with his father Jack Van Dell, have created this unique “Equestrian Lifestyle Marketplace” that features an eclectic mix of various artists’ work from around the world and is home to the largest collection of fine equestrian art in the South.

“Right from the beginning, the Gallery was very well received in the community last year and it soon acquired a distinct, loyal clientele that appreciated the variety and quality of the store’s unusual, equestrian focused offerings,” explains Robin Carr, the gallery manager. “So, we decided to expand the physical space of the gallery for 2014, and this has enabled us to include even more artists and an even more diverse selection of merchandise.”

Just as it did last year, the opening of the Wellington Equestrian Gallery and Mall’s grand opening will coincide with the beginning of the winter equestrian season in Wellington. “In preparation for the Grand Opening of the Gallery’s new location, we have been busy receiving lots of new artwork and merchandise.” Van Dell said. “We are looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar friends and faces returning to the Gallery and I know that they will be pleased to see the growth and additions to the Gallery.”
