Foto Friday: Jocelyn and Jackie’s German Adventure xx

Saturday, August 04 2012 by Editor
Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your Friday and have some fun plans for the weekend! My great friend Jackie came to visit me in Hamburg and we made very good use of our three days together! With the camera and whippets in hand  we ventured out to the barn, Isemarkt, and Hamburg! There was nothing but fun and laughter between us..I am excited to share our good times with you all!         Foals are full of love and curiosity…they always remind me to keep being curious in life!  You can see some of these foals are changing color from brown to grey!       A litle shopping in Eppendorf was a great way to end our day! On the list for must needs: SUNGLASSES!        We found a great place for Coolwhip & Popcorn to explore their favorite smells and gourmet meals! If you are ever in Eppedorf check out  TRAU  for the best variety of all natural healthy dog food and snacks! CW&Pop love the selection of cozy beds too!                     Nothing starts a trip to the market off better than a cappuccino and a croissant filled with Nutella! Jackie and I split this delicious combination and enjoyed every single bite. The Isemarkt was especially busy today but we managed to get some fresh spinach, peaches, strawberries, and a scarf! We could not resist the sweet lady who makes macaroons fresh for the market every week! I got 2 green tea macs for Timm and I and Jackie chose a raspberry mac! We will enjoy those later with a cup of Rooibos tea!             After the market we went into Hamburg for a little wonder around. We went to an outdoor festival of food and had the best falafel ever!  Strawberry sparking water was so refreshing too!           Coolwhip & Popcorn were posing especially well today! Here are two of my favorites!        Enjoy your weekend my friends! I will have my camera with me! Will you?

By Kim MacMillan The setting was lovely, breathtaking really. Green grass, colorful flowers, big trees, friendly squirrels, birds singing, historic buildings, an awesome view of the London skyline across the Thames and then 60,000 people descended on the Park to watch the world’s best eventers try their hand at Sue Bensen’s challenging course. The weather was wonderful – sunny and clear and in the 70’s
