Sometimes half the fun is getting there. Sincere thanks to Sharon White for the ride from her Last Frontier Farm to Kentucky Horse Park – you’re a 4* star and we wish you and Wundermaske the best of luck this week! Staying in the KHP Campground for the second year required a pleasant hour or so bench-warming after Sharon dropped us off at the Campground Store. She had to be at the horse park in order to join the other Rolex riders — Allison Springer, Liz Halliday-Sharp, Will Coleman — and Kentucky Reining Cup rider Lyndsey, from nearby Georgetown, who happens to be a two-time National Reining Horse Association World Champion

World-Famous Clydesdales Coming to Landrum Parade
Thursday, March 19 2015
by Editor
By Jan Westmark I love the Budweiser Clydesdales – especially their amazing Superbowl commercials. One thing that’s just a little better then the “you-need-a-Kleenex” Budweiser Clydesdales commercials, however, is seeing them in person! If you want to see the Budweiser Clydesdales in person and you live or are visiting the Western North Carolina mountains on April 29th, then you are in luck! The world-famous hitch will appear in the Landrum Parade on April 29th just a few days before the Blockhouse Steeplechase that takes place in Tryon, North Carolina
