February 12, 2014 –The Dressage Foundation is pleased to announce that two Carol Lavell Advanced Dressage Prizes, in the amount of $25,000 each, have been awarded to U.S. High Performance riders.  Brian Hafner (CA) and Kathleen Raine (CA) were selected because they display the characteristics and qualities of being talented, committed, qualified riders whose plans
