Volunteers needed at Area’s Largest Equestrian Show Jumping Event

August 15, 2013, Gloucester, Massachusetts–Do you want to play a vital part in the success of an international caliber horse jumping event? Do you have the passion for volunteer work in the horse community? If so, we are looking for talented individuals to assist in this year’s Jumper Classic horse show, which runs from September 4-8, 2013. The Jumper Classic has moved back to Boston’s North Shore and will be hosted at Maplecroft Farm in Ipswich this summer. We are looking for volunteers to come out and make the show a huge success for both local and international equestrians.

Some responsibilities include manning the ticket booth, working in the information booth, assisting with the Special Events in the Riders Tent, helping out in the parking lot, selling Jumper Classic souvenirs, and being VIP Hosts on Saturday and Sunday in the VIP Tents.

Volunteers make a huge impact in helping the show run smoothly.  Each volunteer will receive a Jumper Classic T-shirt as well as lunch the day you volunteer. You will be up close to some of the great riders of the sport as well as playing an essential role in ensuring that the horse show runs smoothly.

To volunteer, please go to click this link to fill out a form, or send an email to anna@jumperclassic.com or call 978.283.7708.
