Our
Sidelines
Triathlon was a huge hit and the story
“Trading Places” became a classic. Fans loved the story
on dressage rider Bent Jensen and polo player Memo
Gracida trading places during the Triathlon.
Sidelines Magazine has enjoyed a history of involvement
in the horse world. Here are some of the events we are proud
to have initiated or sponsored.

Summer Trail Ride
– over 100 riders
took part in the
ride. Our goal was
to establish riding
trails throughout
Wellington.
Thanks to polo photographer David Lominska and
freelance writer Robin Welker, our “Trading Places”
story with high goal polo player Memo Gracida and
Olympic dressage rider Bent Jensen created a whole
new event – The
Sidelines
Equestrian Triathlon.
