East Dorset, Vermont – Ireland’s Darragh Kenny and Tonic jumped to victory in the $10,000 Kenneth Cole Welcome Stake, presented by Manchester Designer Outlets, on Thursday, July 26 at the Vermont Summer Festival in East Dorset, VT. The six-week Vermont Summer Festival is running at Harold Beebe Farm from July 4 through August 12, 2012. East Dorset, Vermont – Ken Berkley of Flemington, NJ, is currently leads the standings for the $10,000 Open Jumper High Score Awards, Presented by Sir Ruly, Inc., at the halfway point of the 2012 Vermont Summer Festival in East Dorset, VT. Running July 4 through August 12 at Harold Beebe Farm, the show has completed its first three weeks of competition with three weeks still to come as riders vie for the coveted bonus. Ken Berkley of Flemington, NJ, pictured aboard Ax-Cent, is leading the standings for the $10,000 Open Jumper High Score Awards, Presented by Sir Ruly, Inc., at the halfway point of the 2012 Vermont Summer Festival in East Dorset, VT.

Olympic Sidelines – Arrived in London!

By Kim MacMillan July 24 th – Hello London! We finally arrived in London late on Tuesday evening, July 24 th , after a panic-filled trip to the Indianapolis airport much earlier the same day. We started out at “O’dark thirty”, as my father calls it, with plenty of time to get to my cousin’s house (she had agreed to drive us to the airport and store our car at her house for the next three weeks) and the trip went downhill from there with a flat tire and a torrential downpour complete with a dazzling lightening show that made it impossible to see where the road was! At one point we had to drive around a downed tree.
