WESTPORT, CT – December 13, 2013 – The EQUUS Foundation and the American Association of Equine Practioners (AAEP) Foundation joinly established the EQUUS Foundation Research Fellowship program in 2011 to emphasize the importance of equine research, to reward researchers for their contributions, and to meet the increasing need to train future equine veterinary researchers.

The 2014 Challenge Over the past 4 years, the FTI Consulting Great Charity Challenge presented by Fidelity Investments® distributed over $4.2 million to more than 90 Palm Beach County charities. We have set our fundraising goals high for 2014 and hope to exceed our $1.5 million target! Applications for the 2014 Great Charity Challenge are now closed. A random drawing of all charities that applied and were approved took place on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL
