Monopoly and Aubrienne Krysiewicz-Bell Photo By Jennifer Wood Media Washington, D.C. – October 21, 2014 – The 56th annual Washington International Horse Show (WIHS) began Tuesday with the first day of hunter competition at Verizon Center in downtown Washington, D.C. The day featured professional and amateur hunters showing in the first classes of their divisions as well as year-end championships for the children’s and adult hunter riders.

All three teams of USCA Equestrian have been extremely busy! Check out what IHSA, Polo and Eventing have been up to! Eventing Paradise Farm HT Results Manon Quilodran and Orison-Training Level-3rd Marissa Collins and Carino-Training Level-4th Alexa Hamilton and Winston-Training Level-Withdrew after dressage (Alexa had the flu!) Sydney Bolton and High Cotton-Novice-5th Next up for the Eventing team is the Full Gallop Farm HT on November 2nd! Our riders representing the team at this event will be; Matti Burns-Novice Sydney Bolton-Novice Nicole Wisniewski-Training Marissa Collins-TP IHSA Congratulations to IHSA Riding Team members who competed at Lander University, October 11 & 12, 2014: Yasmin Bedenbaugh placed 4th in Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter Flat Class (Day 2) Lucia Esposito placed 5th in Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter Flat C lass (Day 1) and 6th (Day 2) Rebecca Kitchens placed 4th in Walk Trot Flat Class (Day 1) and 3rd (Day 2) Alexa Martin placed 5th in the Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter Flat Class (Day 1) and 6th (Day 2) Samantha Paschal placed 2nd in the Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter Flat Class (Day 2) Polo The USC Aiken Polo Club would like to thank the Aiken Polo Club for donating to help cover the teams insurance to play this coming school season!
