Sandy, UT (February 14, 2020) – The action continues to build through the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) happening now at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC). Week (8) is sponsored by Premier Equestrian, Inc and promises to be filled with excitement, learning opportunities, and giveaways, plus some great showjumping.
Sponsor week at WEF is a special focus on individual sponsors who get a chance to promote their products and services with gained access to various communication forms, events, and naming rights within the competition at WEF. Premier’s week will culminate in the $210,000 Premier Equestrian Grand Prix, a CSIO 4* held on Sunday, March 1 at 2:00 pm. It is an Olympic qualifier and is sure to attract the very best of the sport of show jumping.
“We have some special things planned for our week,” said Mark Neihart, Premier Equestrian CEO and co-founder. “We have an educational event at the Lunch and Learn Series, February 27th, we have giveaways planned across our marketing platforms, and we will have a physical presence at the show. Really, we are just planning on having fun in celebration of the sport. It will be a fun week.”
Premier Equestrian is at the show promoting their footing products that were recently installed in the newly renovated International Arena at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC), home to WEF. The new arena is receiving rave reviews from the riders and features OTTO Sport base mats and ProTex footing products. Premier Equestrian is the Exclusive Footing Products Supplier for WEF’s International Arena. Plans are underway to renovate additional rings at PBIEC to match the excellence in the International Arena.
Premier Equestrian’s week, week 8 starts Wednesday, February 26th with the FEI $5,000 Premier Equestrian Welcome Stakes, where Premier will be hosting lunch for the week in the VIP tent for the winners of the “Free Lunch Giveaway!” promotion. Thursday, February 27th will feature the WEF Lunch and Learn at the Wellington Club where Heidi Zorn, Premier’s President will be conducting a lecture entitled Footing Facts. The Lunch and Learn is a place where interested parties can come for lunch and get the latest information about their sport. Heidi Zorn is a nationally known footing expert. The week ends with a spectacular Grand Prix with a purse of $210,000, presented by Premier Equestrian.
