All smiles! Happy rider Cesar Parra with Grandioso’s owner Michael Davis after receiving word that they made the US team for the Pan Ams. What to wear in Guadalajara?

Catching up:  The press releases say one thing; the applications with USEF say another and the Village orWellington and residence are all confused as to what is happening.  Yes folks – turmoil inWellington over dressage inWellington.  Who woulda thought?  Stay tuned.

Congratulations to Marilyn Little-Meredith for winning her first CIC3* three day event at Plantation Field with RF Rovano Rex on September 18th.  That’s not too shabby a result for a “newbie” eventer ~ her experience as a grand prix show jumper must have helped her at some point, dontcha think??

Jennifer Anstey the Editor of Horse Sport in Canada has safely delivered a little boy called Lewis Parker after her Grandfather.

Animals To Wear and Rebecca Raubacher enjoyed a successful AEC’s and have a new sponsored rider in their ranks, Buck Davidson.

We’re not sure what happened at Burghley to both the Wills.  Will Coleman withdrew Twizzel before his dressage test, and Will Faudree and Pawlow didn’t even appear.  However,  they did compete at Blenheim Palace CCI*** the following weekend to finish eighth.

International Polo Club has signed up again to be the presenting sponsor of the World Dressage Masters this year at the Jim Brandon Center.  Wellington Classic Dressage will produce the event and the date has been moved to Jan. 26 to 29.  And folks, when you hear who is coming to compete – you won’t want to miss this one.  We promise!

Guenter Seidel was at Collecting Gaits Farm/USEF National Dressage Championships but not in the saddle.  Instead he was there to cheer on all hisCalifornia friends who competed.
