USEF and USPEA Partner to Create International Para-Equestrian Dressage Centers of Excellence

Lexington, Ky. – The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce its partnership with the United States Para-Equestrian Association (USPEA) to establish International Para-Equestrian Dressage Centers of Excellence (COE).
