Supporting Small Businesses During the Pandemic

With Countless Events Shutting Down, Fab Finds by Sarah Finds a Way to Help her Contemporaries

When it was announced that the Winter Equestrian Festival was ending early, Sarah Rowen of Fab Finds by Sarah knew she would need to take swift action to help other small businesses in these uncertain times.

“Regardless of anything else that happens with COVID-19, we all need to eat. The dog food you get at the local pet store, the salon where you always get your hair cut, the restaurant you usually frequent for dinner… all of those places will need our support in the coming weeks, months,” Rowen said. “To help them, I’m extending a discount on Fab Finds by Sarah purchases made from now until the end of March if you show a gift card receipt from a local-to-you business.”

For a $150 gift card purchase to a local-to-you business, Fab Finds by Sarah is offering a 15 percent discount off your next purchase; for a $200 gift card purchase to a local-to-you business, Fab Finds by Sarah is offering a 20 percent discount off your next purchase. This is a one-time-use discount that expires at the end of March.

With social distancing and recommendations against large gatherings, Rowen is introducing an exclusive appointment-based personal shopping experience: Face Time with Fab Finds by Sarah, where Sarah and her team will video chat with clients (through Apple’s Facetime, Skype or Facebook Messenger), sharing the perfect styles for you, and then mailing clients their fabulous finds.

“I’ve always offered this digital shopping experience on a smaller scale, however, I want to allow everyone the opportunity to have their favorite pieces without risking their health, and while supporting other local, small businesses like Fab Finds by Sarah,” Rowen said. “Small businesses don’t have the same support as large corporations, but we do have a great deal of flexibility. We can adapt to best serve our customers, and that’s what our goal is with this promotion – support our customers, and help support other local, small businesses.”

Fab Finds by Sarah offers handmade python bags from Italy, as well as beautiful items from brands such as Monrow, Kokun, Raffaello Rossi, Moussy Denim, Zadig & Voltaire, Brodie Cashmere, Rails, 360 Cashmere, Skull Cashmere, AG, Jbrand, Golden Goose sneakers, Boyish, 27 Miles, Naadam, Sundry, Oats Cashmere, Minnie Rose and Tornabuoni Leather Bags.
