Thoroughbred Owners in PA, MD, VA, WV, DE, NY and NJ Encouraged to Apply April 11, 2019 (Grantville, PA) – CANTER-Pennsylvania (CPA) will name three recipients for its annual training and educational scholarship program created to honor the memory of Becky Julian, an educator and Thoroughbred advocate. The scholarships of $500 each are to be
