Way to go Georgia Griffis!

Wednesday, July 31 2013 by Editor
Georgia proving that we can all make a difference! By Dani Moritz As a young equestrian myself, I love to see young riders doing great things in their communities. All too often we convince ourselves we are just one person and we have limited ability to make a difference – especially because we are so young. But, we can make a difference! Georgia Griffis, from Colorado, is a great example! Check out her story from Go Ahead PR & Communications to learn how she helped  raise money for Black Forest fire victims.

My best friend, Seppy, and I. By Dani Moritz After many conversations with many different people about hot button issues such as slaughter, cloning, drugs and the like, I’ve come to this conclusion – some people have forgotten why they started riding in the first place.

Seppy in her new home! This is her giving me attitude because she still has her leg wrap on. Yes. My family actually brought this sign to graduation and nobody warned me! By Dani Moritz It’s hard to believe that I graduated college. It seems like yesterday I was taking my first riding lessons and playing horses and Barbies with my sisters in the basement.

By Dani Moritz One of the last gifts my grandpa gave my sister and I was a trip to Europe. Thanks to him, my sister, Jessica, and I were able to join my fiancé, Alex, and a school group (abut 40 of us in all) in Scotland, England and Ireland – and it was the time of our lives.
