Harrisburg, PA – October 12, 2013 – The sun finally decided to peek through the clouds on the third day of competition at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show, and the atmosphere in general seemed brighter as the air warmed up and the puddles receded and started to dry out. Dr. Betsee Parker’s OVATION awarded Junior Hunter Grand Champion for a record third consecutive year Madeline “Maddie” Schaefer, clinched both top ribbons in the Small Pony Hunter Championship, taking the Champion title with her own pony ARMANI, and the Reserve Champion with Further Lane Farm’s ROLLING STONE.

Lexington, KY – October 9, 2013 - After winning this year’s very first Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby at the Kentucky Spring Horse Show, Shawn Casady took over the top of the Leading Rider standings and never relinquished it. The talented professional went on to capture multiple top placings throughout the spring and summer. At the end of the Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby Series, Casady had accumulated 1175 points to take home the coveted $10,000 Hallway Feeds Leading Professional Rider Award

Lexington, KY – Rain fell for most of Sunday morning at the Kentucky Classic CDE, it fell so hard that Competition would eventually be stopped, but not before two individual drivers hit career milestones. Leslie Berndl earned her first USEF National Single Horse Driving Championship, and Chester Weber made it an official decade of dominance with his impressive and unprecedented tenth USEF National Four-in-Hand Driving Championship. National Four in Hand Driving Championship Chester Weber, 10 Time USEF National Four-in-Hand Driving Champion (Pics of You) Weber (Ocala, Florida) held a sixteen penalty lead heading into Sunday’s cones phase.
