On May 22, 1896, the first meeting was held to create the Devon Horse Show. And the show’s founders weren’t fooling around – the first Devon Horse Show was held in Devon-Berwyn, Pennsylvania that July, just a short two months later. The first Devon Horse Show was an entirely different event from what it has grown into today.

Lots more emotion today… The testing Derek Di Grazia track was deemed fair, but the four-star offered little mercy to anyone with so much as a momentary blip of inattention or last minute – and very costly – change of game plan. William Fox-Pitt, aboard Bay My Hero, appears poised to win his third Rolex watch after a double-clear cross-country round that moved him into first place. Seacookie added 7.6 time penalties and sits in 16th place on 59.1 ppts.

Lexington, Ky., April 24, 2014 - Michael Pollard grabbed the early lead on the first day of dressage at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, presented by Land Rover, scoring 49.5 penalties on Mensa G. That score just eclipsed the score of 49.8 penalties earned by Will Faudree on Pawlow.
