Harrisburg, PA – October 14, 2013 – Emma Fass, of Newport News, VA, rode her own horse SON OF A SAILOR into the winner’s circle today, after clinching the title of the $10,000 North American League Children’s Hunter Finals and the Laura Palmer Pickett Memorial Perpetual Trophy at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show. Harrisburg, PA – October 13, 2013 – Lillie Keenan, of New York, NY, topped a field of 234 starters today, winning the coveted Pessoa/ US Hunter Seat Equitation Medal in the Final riding CLEARWAY at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show. Harrisburg, PA – October 12, 2013 – The sun finally decided to peek through the clouds on the third day of competition at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show, and the atmosphere in general seemed brighter as the air warmed up and the puddles receded and started to dry out. Dr. Betsee Parker’s OVATION awarded Junior Hunter Grand Champion for a record third consecutive year Madeline “Maddie” Schaefer, clinched both top ribbons in the Small Pony Hunter Championship, taking the Champion title with her own pony ARMANI, and the Reserve Champion with Further Lane Farm’s ROLLING STONE.

Harrisburg, PA – October 11, 2013 – In an exciting night of junior jumper action, the Zone 5 team captured their second consecutive gold in the $15,000 Randolph College/USEF Prix de States Team Championship at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show tonight. Under the guidance of team Chef d’Equipe Alex Jayne, the Zone 5 Team consisted of: Kalvin Dobbs, of Carmel, IN, rode TEA PARTY; Gabriela Mershad of New Albany, OH, was aboard SKARA GLEN’S BASEL; Lauren Tyree of Chicago, IL, competed AUDI’S TOP SECRET; and Vivian Yowan of Lexington, KY, rode RALVESTHER. The Prix de States Team Championship follows a modified Nation’s Cup format whereas each team jumps one round

Lexington, KY – Rain fell for most of Sunday morning at the Kentucky Classic CDE, it fell so hard that Competition would eventually be stopped, but not before two individual drivers hit career milestones. Leslie Berndl earned her first USEF National Single Horse Driving Championship, and Chester Weber made it an official decade of dominance with his impressive and unprecedented tenth USEF National Four-in-Hand Driving Championship. National Four in Hand Driving Championship Chester Weber, 10 Time USEF National Four-in-Hand Driving Champion (Pics of You) Weber (Ocala, Florida) held a sixteen penalty lead heading into Sunday’s cones phase.
