Todd Minikus Wins $30,000 ABBA Vet Supply Open Jumper Classic at I Love New York Horse Show

Lake Placid, New York—July 4, 2013—Todd Minikus of Loxahatchee, FL won the $30,000 ABBA Vet Supply Open Jumper Classic, Thursday’s featured event at the 36 th annual I Love New York Horse Show, Presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC. Minikus was one of 12 of entries of the 46 who started to reach the jump-off by riding without penalty over the 16-jump, Richard Jeffery designed course at the North Elba Showgrounds. Late in the jump-off, U.S. Olympic veteran Margie Engle of Wellington, FL, who will be seeking a record eighth Grand Prix win in Lake Placid Saturday in the $100,000 Woodlea Farms Grand Prix, blazed to the lead with a clean ride in 32.192 seconds on Indigo

Monaco, Monte Carlo – July 3, 2013 – G&C Farm had a very successful week at the Longines Global Champions Tour (GCT) in Monaco, Monte Carlo, on June 27-29, 2013. Carolina Mirabal and G&C Leroy won the 1.30m Classic on the final day of competition to wrap up a great three days of top finishes for the horses and riders of G&C Farm. With riders on two continents, G&C Farm has been gathering great results at some of the top show jumping events in the world

Lake Placid, New York—July 1, 2013—A win by Paul O’Shea of Ireland in the $75,000 Equine Insurance Services/Great American Grand Prix of Lake Placid was the culminating highlight of the 44 th annual Lake Placid Horse Show, Presented by Sea Shore Stables, LLC. Riding Michael Hayden’s Primo De Revel, O’Shea was one of six entries from the starting field of 34 to reach the jump-off by riding without penalty over the 14-jump first round course designed by 2008 Olympic course designer Steve Stephens. U.S. Olympic veteran Margie Engle of Wellington, FL, seeking a record eighth Grand Prix win in Lake Placid, took an early lead in the jump-off with a fault-free ride in 39.409 seconds on Royce, a 9-year-old, Oldenburg gelding.
