Dogs in need of loving homes!!

Over the past 2 days dog receiving has been inundated with dogs coming in. It has been horrific, people lined up outside of the room, waiting to surrender our 4-legged-friends. Euthanasia for “space” (especially with larger dogs) has inevitably increased due to this disturbing spike

USHJA International Hunter Derby Closes Show in Style By Devon Walder   The final day of Devon was off to a beautiful start; the sun was shining, a nice breeze was blowing, and spectators lined the stands waiting for the first Hunter Derby rider to enter the in-gate. The ring was filled with hunter-style jumps–natural wood, shrubbery, a crisp hedge roll top, and numerous branches decorated a series of obstacles. The Derby is a unique set of classes, with fences set to different heights so riders can chose the high of low option for varying points.

Lucky Thoroughbred Finds Picture Perfect Family & Home!

Thoroughbred, “Bandon Dunes” is just one  example of many successful  adoptions through New Vocations Adoption Program. After getting a second chance, his current owner Catherine Ford  of Cohutta, GA sent an email giving an update on her new equine. ”Bandon is doing great! Now that the wet weather has started to lighten up a little, and daylight savings gives us hours at the end of the day to train, he and I are putting in a lot of miles together.

Parker, CO – May 31, 2013 – The Colorado Horse Park’s CCI*, Training Three-Day, and Horse Trials kicked off with a full day of dressage competition on Friday. Julie Wolfert and Buenos Dias came out strong on the first day of the CCI*, earning a score of 44 penalties to take a convincing lead going into cross-country.
